Project Manager

Location: North West- flexible and hybrid working
Company: Speedy Hire PLC
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Contractual Weekly Hours: 37.5
Working Pattern: 9-day fortnight (every two weeks, enjoy an additional day off)

As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. This role will be particularly focused on quality and process improvement, making it ideal for someone with experience in implementing quality frameworks, regardless of industry. A background in data management and coordinating administration teams will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver quality-focused projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Support the implementation of quality processes across various departments

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Analyse information to support decision-making and generate solutions

  • Manage workload, priorities, and scheduling to meet tight deadlines

  • Support Speedy's ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver by aligning project delivery with sustainable and ethical practices

  • Contribute to the development and success of both the project team and wider business unit

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience in managing administration teams and/or data processes

  • Confident decision-maker with a structured approach to problem-solving

  • Able to manage reactive situations calmly and effectively
