A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Collections Agent to collect redundant IT equipment across various sites. The role involves ensuring safe transportation, excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation. Ideal candidates should have a valid driver's license and experience in logistics.
Market 36 Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Collections Agent on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a temporary to permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites within your region to collect a wide range of redundant IT equipment, including Notebooks, Systems, Printers, TFTs, Servers, Networking, Mobile devices, and more. You will need to capture device serial numbers and customer asset numbers to facilitate traceability through our process. Ensuring the safe and secure transportation of assets to our processing facility is essential. You must follow correct procedures to maintain the integrity and security of the work carried out.
