Role Overview: Working alongside the Group Financial Controller, responsible for maintaining the Group's Financial and Management Accounts.
Accountabilities of the job:
- Preparation of the IGH S.A. and INEOS Industries Ltd consolidated statutory accounts.
- Dealing with audit queries on IGH and Industries Groups.
- Preparation of IGH S.A. consolidated quarterly report.
- Managing quarterly reviews with auditors.
- Liaising with directors for letters of support and representation to facilitate signing of UK statutory accounts.
- Monthly review of IGH and Industries management accounts.
- Coordinate and supervise the consolidation of annual budgets for INEOS, including preparing review slides.
- Preparation of Group budget (desk charges and management fees).
- Calculation of virtual debt charges.
- Preparation of presentation slides for Group CFO and Group FC.
- Involvement in Group refinancings, including assisting with the preparation of an Offering Memorandum.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects, e.g., 5-year plan.
- Lead and develop the Group Financial Accountant.
- Work closely with Group tax and treasury teams.
- Ensure timely reporting of Foreign Subsidiary Regulation and turnover analysis to Group Legal for submission to authorities.
- Provide ad-hoc support to Group CFO and FC as needed.
- Maintain and update the Group Accounting manual and support technical accounting queries.
- Provide insights into the Group's externally reported results based on IFRS standards.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet financial and regulatory reporting objectives.
- Contribute to Group Finance projects, including acquisitions/disposals, system developments, and new standards implementation.
- Oversee controls over reporting processes, review business submissions, and drive process improvements.
- Plan year-end processes, liaising with external auditors and preparing audit timetables.

- Issuance of IGH SA quarterly report aligned with investor timetable.
- Providing support for ad-hoc requests from Group CFO and FC.
