Media Specialist TAMs work across all AWS Elemental media products and CloudFront to apply their product knowledge to key customer projects during the specification, development, deployment, and acceptance phases to deploy video workflows.
Media Specialist TAMs collaborate with Media Specialist Solutions Architects (SAs) in AWS Sales to understand customer needs and design relevant media solutions. They also work closely with customers to transition solutions from conceptual design to long-term production operations. When customized solutions are needed, they may work with AWS Professional Services, representing the operational needs of the customer and aligning with AWS Support capabilities. While not expected to develop software, a background in software development is valuable for understanding complex customer needs and driving software solutions.
Media Specialist TAMs take overall ownership of the operational health of deployed solutions, contributing to customer success. They work closely with AWS Support TAMs, who oversee AWS Enterprise Support customers. The role emphasizes ongoing support and deep domain-focused guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
As a Senior Media Specialist TAM, you will:
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services focus on driving revenue and growth from diverse customer segments, including public sector and enterprise customers. The AWS Support team believes world-class support is critical to customer success and partners with a global customer base building mission-critical applications on AWS.
Note: This role requires the ability to work from an AWS office in London.
