A leading company in IT Service Delivery Management is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee projects and improve service delivery for public sector clients. This full-time, hybrid role offers a supportive work-life balance with opportunities for professional growth. Candidates should have experience in ITIL and client relationship management, with SC clearance preferred.

You may be an experienced 2nd or 3rd level Service Desk Analyst with some involvement in service improvement or design projects. In which case, we have just the opportunity for you to take the next step in your career!
We are looking for someone with experience in IT service delivery and service improvement projects to mediate with our projects and service delivery teams to develop ongoing improvements to the managed services we provide our Public Sector client.
You will engage with various teams, making sure that not only are the projects on track to be delivered on time but that the service is constantly moving forward and provide intelligent oversight for smooth transition through to implementation.
This hybrid role will support a great work life balance, with the majority of your time being based from home and only one or two visits to our office in Salisbury, will be necessary each week. Given the nature of the role, there also will be occasions when an office presence will be vital to support the projects.
The successful applicant will also need to complete vetting for SC Clearance before beginning in the role.
