Are you passionate about helping young people succeed? Do you have a talent for guiding learners through life’s challenges and supporting their growth both academically and personally?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Personal Development (PD) Coach to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students. Initially, you will be embedded in our Construction Department, working alongside teachers and support staff to help students stay engaged, build essential skills, and progress towards further study or employment.
Your role will involve providing a mix of pastoral care, learning support, and personal development coaching, focusing on students with higher needs or those at risk of falling behind. This is a meaningful role where every day offers an opportunity to unlock a student’s potential.
