Job Description:
Monday - Friday with flexibility
Temporary role for 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent position
£19.08 per hour plus 11% London Weighting and bonus scheme

The Driver Development Coach supports the Transport Management Team by ensuring high standards of health & safety, promoting road safety awareness, and coaching drivers in fuel-efficient driving techniques. Responsibilities include checking drivers’ licenses, staying updated with workplace legislation, and delivering training in line with company policies.
Key duties include planning and delivering inductions for new drivers, providing ongoing training, conducting driving assessments, and delivering CPC training via online and in-class sessions. The role may require occasional travel and support for other regional centers.
Applicants should be experienced Class 1 C+E drivers with comprehensive knowledge of tachograph and Working Time regulations. Experience in coaching and delivering CPC training, along with excellent communication skills, is essential. Adaptability and effective planning are important in this dynamic environment.
