Collaboration: Unified communications, Contact Centre Solutions, Business Mobiles, Connectivity, Business Voice, AV, and Meeting Room Solutions.
Sustainability: Net Zero Journey, Energy Procurement, Energy Optimization, and Energy Compliance.
The divisions use an Inbound Sales Methodology for new customer acquisition and targeted cross-sale campaigns. This role, within the central ARO Marketing team, emphasizes performance marketing for these units, supported by central resources for Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, and Events.
The role supports the Senior Marketing Manager in directing overall marketing strategies. Success is measured on traditional funnel KPIs, with performance marketing working closely with Sales, Account Management, and telemarketing teams to drive new logos, white space, and business retention.
Based in Ewloe with travel to other offices or clients as needed, this hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days a week and the ability to commute to Ewloe.
What You'll DoBe a key member of the Marketing, Collaboration, and Sustainability teams, developing, planning, creating materials, and executing multi-channel campaigns to meet funnel and commercial targets.
Tasks:- Develop content-rich marketing programs aligned with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Establish clear analytics with BI team to ensure activities have measurable objectives and ROI.
- Collaborate with product teams and suppliers to craft stories for new products and features.
- Maintain key content areas, including website, social media, and product literature.
RequirementsEssential:- 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT/Technology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of positive ROI and results.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Desirable:- Experience with collaborative campaigns and vendor funding.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights.
- Skills: Clear communication, personable, resilient, resourceful, flexible.
