Job description

My busy Alfreton-based clients are currently looking for Manufacturing Operators for their modern production facility with immediate effect.

Ideal candidates will have experience working within an industrial setting, warehousing, or production; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.

As manufacturers of specialist plastic products, you will assist the wider team in various duties, including:

1. Machine Minding
2. Stacking Product
3. Wrapping Product
4. Labeling and Despatch Preparation
5. Ongoing Quality Checks
6. Supporting Colleagues where needed

This is a clean, light environment with an established team committed to supporting and mentoring new colleagues throughout the initial training stages.

Hours of work are 4 on 4 off, with options for either Days - 6 am to 6 pm or Nights - 6 pm to 6 am. Both shifts are fixed.

While candidates will be on their feet for extended periods, we pay a full 12-hour rate, including pay for all breaks!

Our clients are ideally seeking individuals interested in long-term employment, as all roles are offered as regular, temp-to-perm positions with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after the initial qualifying period.
