We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-driven Digital Print Team Operative to join our expert production team. If you're passionate about print, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love bringing designs to life — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating Mimaki digital printers to produce high-quality name badges

Using CorelDRAW and Rasterlink software to bring customer designs to life

Carrying out thorough quality checks on all products

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Supporting and mentoring new team members as we grow

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in digital printing and a production-focused environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality products

Great teamwork and communication skills

A can-do attitude and the ability to think outside the box

Computer literacy , especially with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

Have worked with Mimaki printing machinery

Understand ISO9001 or ISO14001 standards

Choose the shift that works for you:

Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (Mon–Thurs) & 6:00am – 1:00pm (Fri)

Day Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Mon–Thurs) & 8:30am – 3:30pm (Fri)

Salary & Benefits:

From £12.21 per hour
