Job Description

Join Us as a Freelance Creative

Are you passionate about telecoms? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment? At Babble, we're on a mission to be our customers' most trusted advisor for cloud-based technologies. We're looking for passionate and talented individuals to work with our dynamic team. If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

We're seeking a versatile, self-motivated creative to support our Marketing team on an ad-hoc basis. You'll bring our brand to life across a wide variety of materials, from digital and print to web and event assets. This role suits someone comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment with shifting priorities and broad creative demands.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver visually engaging assets, including reports, case studies, pitch decks, social posts, and internal templates
  • Create branded visuals for events and campaigns (e.g., signage, banners, invites, presentations)
  • Design webpage and landing page mockups; familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress is a strong plus
  • Contribute to campaign asset development (e.g., email graphics, infographics, digital ad creatives)
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all formats and platforms
  • Be a reliable creative partner, able to take a loose brief, ask the right questions, and deliver sharp, brand-aligned output quickly

Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma/XD)
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills, particularly in B2B or tech-focused contexts
  • Experience creating content across print, digital, and social
  • Understanding of user-focused design, especially for web and email formats
  • Ability to understand and work with brand guidelines and deliver quickly
  • Animated video and motion graphic creation would be a bonus
