We’re seeking a versatile, self-motivated creative professional to support our Marketing team on an ad-hoc basis. You’ll bring our brand to life across various materials, from digital and print to web and event assets. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment with shifting priorities and broad creative demands.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver visually engaging assets, including reports, case studies, pitch decks, social posts, and internal templates
• Create branded visuals for events and campaigns (e.g., signage, banners, invites, presentations)
• Design webpage and landing page mockups; familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress is a strong plus
• Contribute to campaign asset development (e.g., email graphics, infographics, digital ad creatives)
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all formats and platforms
• Be a reliable creative partner—able to take a loose brief, ask the right questions, and deliver sharp, brand-aligned output quickly

• Experience creating content across print, digital, and social platforms
• Understanding of user-focused design, especially for web and email formats
• Ability to understand and work within brand guidelines and deliver quickly
• Experience in animated videos and motion graphics is a bonus
