Role Overview

Are you an experienced Product Manager looking for an exciting job opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join a leading scientific company based in Wales.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, defining product improvements, and translating business strategy needs into product development. You will serve as the voice of the customer, defining customer requirements and creating go-to-market strategies, including pricing, volume forecasts, early access programs, app notes, and marketing strategies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• You will manage the product lifecycle from NPI to end-of-life, ensuring successful ROI through KPI tracking.
• You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, volume forecasts, early access programs, app notes, and marketing strategies.
• You will create tools for marketing, sales, distributors, and OEMs.
• You will analyze the competitive and market landscape, conducting competitor intelligence and SWOT analysis.

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

• A scientific background (MSc or PhD preferred) or direct experience with PAT sensors or measuring devices.
• Prior experience in a similar commercial role in product management, sales, or marketing.
• An understanding of the biotechnology industry and bioprocessing solutions is beneficial.
