As this is a self-delivery role where we are acting as Principal Contractor, it's vital that you bring a strong background in managing construction works in highly regulated environments. You'll be central to ensuring works are planned and executed to the highest safety, quality and performance standards while maintaining alignment with programme and commercial targets.

You should be confident in leading teams, overseeing site delivery, and handling commercial aspects including budgets and programme management. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to mentor and support staff in a collaborative environment.
Ideally, you'll hold or be working towards professional chartership (ICE, CIOB, CIHT, or APM) and may also have qualifications such as Temporary Works Supervisor, IOSH, ILM Level 3, or formal CDM and NRSWA training. Familiarity with confined spaces, lifting operations, and large-scale or complex infrastructure works is a definite plus.
