Job Description

At DXC Technology, we are expanding our SAP business across the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to deliver SAP S/4HANA and ECC technical projects, with potential involvement in broader service lines such as infrastructure.

We offer a remote-first working environment, providing flexibility to work from home while staying connected with our team.

Security Clearance is required due to client account requirements. Applicants must be British Nationals who have resided and worked in the UK continuously for the last 5 years. Dual nationality is not considered at this time.

As a SAP Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will interact directly with clients and delivery teams to manage scope, schedule, finances, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead planning, coordination, and control of SAP S/4HANA (and ECC) projects from inception to completion.
2. Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, finances, and change processes.
4. Collaborate with clients to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
5. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
6. Prepare and present project status reports.
7. Oversee resource allocation and budget tracking.
8. Support continuous learning and process improvements.
9. Assist other project managers with coordination across portfolios.
10. Work within cross-functional teams for integrated outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven SAP project management experience, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA projects, upgrades, and technical implementations.
• Experience managing budgets over £500k and teams of 5-15 resources.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, RISE, Waterfall, Agile) and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and manage issues.
• Commitment to staying updated on SAP technologies and trends.

Desirable Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate are a plus.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams.
• Understanding of SAP and non-SAP service line integration.
