Due to ongoing success, we are looking for NEC3 and NEC4 accredited or experienced Project Managers to support project delivery in the defence infrastructure sector. We are interested in candidates with experience in defence or security environments, highly regulated industries such as nuclear, rail, or aviation, and those with transferable skills for success in the defence sector.

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in making diverse projects a reality, with project values up to £20m+. Your projects will span the complex infrastructure sectors.

You will be trusted to lead your team, with support to succeed and grow. Our structured training programs will help you develop your career aligned with your aspirations.

Your Purpose:

• Provide high-quality project and programme management across the entire project lifecycle.
• Advise clients on project costs, schedules, risks, and issues.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary professional teams.
• Manage communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement delivery plans, involving others to meet objectives.
• Challenge the status quo and perform at high standards in changing environments.
• Continuously pursue performance improvements.

What you can bring?

• Working towards or holding a Project Management Qualification (APM, ICE, RICS or similar).
• Experience with infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of best practice project management techniques.
• Understanding of pre and post contract project management responsibilities, with significant experience in NEC contracts (NEC accreditation preferred).
• Ability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse client backgrounds.
