This remote role focuses on ERP and CRM implementations, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

?️ What You’ll Do

Lead the full lifecycle of D365 implementations across the EMEA region—on time, on scope, and on budget

Collaborate across IT, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to align project goals with business strategy

Plan, execute, and manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Communicate progress, issues, and successes transparently with all stakeholders

Coach and mentor teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and strong delivery outcomes

Create project artifacts (plans, budgets, reports, postmortems) to ensure best practices are followed

Drive user adoption through effective change management

What You Bring:

A solid track record in IT project management, with significant hands-on experience in supporting or implementing ERP/CRM business systems

Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft D365 F&O

Strong knowledge of D365 modules, integrations, and functionalities

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors

Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus

Familiarity with ITIL, BABOK, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) a plus
