The Role: A long-standing manufacturer of HVAC seeks a Mechanical Engineer to provide technical and design support on specialist water-cooled, refrigerated, and heat pump HVAC systems. You will utilize the company's global R&D investment and contribute to maintaining market leadership and competitive advantage.
You will work within a team, liaising with M&E consultants and contractors, providing technical advice, and designing, planning, and quoting heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential projects.
Experience Required: A mechanical engineering background and qualifications, with experience in HVAC systems such as air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers, heat pumps, plumbing, or piping. Knowledge of chilled water cooling solutions and experience with calculations like heat loss, heat gain, load, pressure, and volumetrics are advantageous.
