Field Based Service Engineer (Heat Pumps)
Location: Commutable from Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Bridgwater, Taunton, Yeovil, and surrounding areas.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus (£5,000) + Van + Professional Training & Development

Do you have experience working with heat pumps? This is an excellent opportunity to transition from hands-on work into a project-based role with a specialist renewable energy company with ambitious growth plans.

This company designs and distributes technologies in renewable energy, including heat pumps, solar PV, and EV charging, providing sustainable heating and hot water solutions across residential and commercial sectors in the UK.

In this role, you will manage the installation and commissioning of heat pumps from start to finish. It’s a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer to advance into project management, technical development, and progression.

The ideal candidate has a Plumbing & Heating background with experience installing and maintaining heat pumps.

The Role:
  • Managing full projects, from installation to commissioning.
  • Servicing and maintaining Ground Source and Air Source Heat Pumps.
  • Covering South West England / M4 Corridor.
The Person:
  • Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer with experience in heat pumps.
  • Experience managing installation teams and overseeing projects.
  • Full Driving License.
