In this role you will deliver detailed analysis on performance to the leadership team for decision-making in minimising manufacturing costs and meeting mill objectives. Support in identifying opportunities for improving cost performance to ensure continuity of a competitive manufacturing facility. Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing performance insight to the business. Ensuring corporate financial controls and processes are adhered to. • Analytical thinking / problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Accounting background and ideally be studying towards a chartered finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
• Highly competent in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables etc.)
• Ability to meet deadlines, whilst working in a fast-moving changeable environment
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Building Effective Work Relationships.
