Job description

Hours: Bank/Zero Hours - Days (8am - 8pm) and Nights (8pm - 8am)
Pay: £14.37 per hour
Location: Northampton, NN4 0XN
About the Role

As a Senior Carer at our client's care home, you’ll look after the different needs of our residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You may also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents is paramount, and you will play a part in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is required. We seek warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing personalized care and support. There are opportunities for career development through ongoing training, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
