Global Programme Manager (Lebanon)
£52,744 pa plus excellent benefits

35 hours per week

The Programme Manager will lead the management of our Early Child Development programmes in Lebanon and the Middle East, and support smaller programmes with our partner, the Paediatric Association of Sierra Leone. Based in London, you will oversee programme implementation, ensuring high-quality activities.
Responsibilities include monitoring and managing financial and budgetary aspects in compliance with donor requirements, leading programme reporting, and maintaining high standards in programme monitoring and evaluation. You will provide strategic technical support on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health programme design, budgeting, reporting, and M&E with the Global Team.
You will liaise with local programme counterparts and stakeholders, including field visits, and manage recruitment of volunteer clinicians and advisory consultants. You will also lead donor liaison efforts, develop fundraising strategies, and help secure new grant agreements, promoting RCPCH Global activities externally.
Qualifications required include a background in international development, public health, or related fields, with excellent project management skills. Experience in designing and leading complex programmes, managing budgets, and working with government counterparts and international donors is essential. Experience working with Palestinian communities and in refugee camp environments is highly desirable.
While based in London, some travel to Lebanon and other regions may be required.
