About Us:

At Sofa.com, we believe everyone deserves great home furnishings and excellent service from passionate interior enthusiasts. We provide a unique shopping experience through our in-house teams, from design development to delivery. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Advisor for our Belfast concession. This role is 16 hours per week, including some weekends, and is a maternity cover until 12/02/2025. As a team member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering inspiring ideas to meet their needs. You should excel in customer service, always striving to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome customers to make them feel at home and encourage browsing.
  2. Maintain high showroom standards and visual merchandising.
  3. Advise and support customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
  4. Follow up on sales quotations, process orders accurately, and keep customer records up-to-date.
  5. Represent the sofa.com brand, embodying company culture and standards.
  6. Proactively update knowledge of products and interior trends.
