Your Role
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and present compelling value propositions to clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, primarily net new customers in the commercial/enterprise sector, presenting demonstrations and addressing technical queries to build trust and confidence.
  • Strategic Input: Partner with business leaders to define the technical and functional scope of projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and market trends.
  • Market Knowledge: Utilise in-depth understanding of SAP 4HANA to communicate how they transform businesses, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside implementation, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless handovers and unified client communication.
Your Profile
  • Experience: 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales (or similar) role, with hands-on knowledge of SAP 4HANA. Experience with Financial ERP platforms is a bonus. Comfortable with product demos.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in ERP systems, cloud solutions, and business process automation. SAP 4HANA experience is required.
  • Commercial Insight: Skilled at understanding organisational needs in the commercial sector and presenting strategic solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
