Job Description:

Seeking an SAP Programme Manager to lead a Brownfield & Bluefield SAP S/4 HANA transformation within a Manufacturing environment. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation in Manufacturing sectors.
• Define the SAP S/4 HANA Transformation Roadmap.
• Lead SAP S/4 HANA implementation covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, HR.
• Proficiency in SAP Modules & Integration points: SD, FI/CO, WM, PP, PM, SRM, HR, etc.
• Manage SAP S/4 HANA projects aligned with scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Ensure quality standards and delivery of business benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.
• Programme Management experience using SAP Activate, Waterfall, or PMP methodologies.
• Leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with C-suite and senior leadership, as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders.
