Partner Manager B2B - UK, NL, Nordics (Remote)

About The Role

7Learnings is a leading AI B2B SaaS company advancing automation and optimization in retail. Our predictive AI pricing software helps retailers optimize prices and simplify their pricing processes. Our clients include prominent European retailers such as Westwing and Mister Spex.

As our Partner Manager, you will:

  • Drive partner acquisition in the UK, Netherlands, and Nordics.
  • Acquire and develop partners that generate MQLs and MRR.
  • Manage enterprise partner relationships.
  • Generate relevant partner leads through outreach and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level partners.
  • Present the 7Learnings solution to potential partners.
  • Develop and maintain partner best practices and pitches.
  • Negotiate NDA and partner agreements, ensuring a good commercial fit.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly partner goals.
  • Expand existing partner relationships.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales or partner management, especially in e-commerce.
  • Experience selling in the UK, NL, and Nordics markets.
  • Strong presentation and consultative sales skills.
  • Track record of lead generation through outreach and events.
  • Ability to build and maintain new partner relationships.
  • Experience in retail and/or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
