Job Description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a finance team of six.
• Own the month-end process and deliver accurate group consolidation, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and setting the benchmark for financial excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership by providing insightful analysis of monthly financial performance and delivering actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions.
• Prepare the Group Update presentation for the Board, distilling complex financial data into compelling insights that influence business direction.
• Manage working capital, producing precise cash flow forecasts to support operational agility and financial stability.
• Lead the annual budget cycle and rolling forecasts, aligning financial planning with strategic goals.
• Coordinate the external audit process as the primary liaison to ensure efficient, timely, and successful year-end audits.
• Champion process improvements, streamlining financial systems, reporting, and controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
