What you’ll be doing:

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers – building relationships and winning people over
• Generating leads and converting them into sales
• Managing customer queries with care and confidence
• Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM system
• Working closely with a supportive sales team to meet and beat targets

• A natural communicator with great people skills
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service or sales
