We are seeking a Recruiter to help us recruit the teams making a difference every day in our schools and children’s homes.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your recruiting skills and contribute to the business’s growth. You will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns for our schools, from attraction and advertising to offer and onboarding.
  2. Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  3. Building and nurturing talent pipelines aligned with our growth to recruit the right people at the right time.
  4. Encouraging employee referrals to recruit like-minded individuals who want to make a difference.
  5. Championing the candidate experience to reflect our commitment to our staff.
  6. Engaging with our Alumni talent community, supporting re-entry into roles within our group.
  7. Supporting recruiting managers to attract, select, and appoint suitable candidates while complying with procedures and legislation, including Safer Recruitment, vital for safeguarding children.
  8. Promoting our employer brand and social media presence.
