We have an opening for an Associate Software Support Specialist on our ERP Pro Financials team. This entry-level position involves providing basic software support, helping clients understand and utilize our products and databases for straightforward issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries regarding software issues via online and phone support, providing excellent customer service
• Prioritize and manage multiple inquiries from a diverse client base
• Enhance product knowledge by reviewing new functionalities and testing updates
• Advocate for clients to ensure software meets their business needs
• Create or improve documentation throughout the support process
• Continuously expand technical skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

• College degree or comparable work experience, preferably in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of payroll and accounting principles
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Proficiency with computers and online applications
