Job Title: Out of Hours Public Dental Service Support Staff

We are currently seeking highly organized and friendly individuals to join our Out of Hours Public Dental Service Team.

Vacancy Details:

1. One position available for 15 hours per month, consisting of 3 shifts of 5 hours each.

Responsibilities:

You will support the delivery of dental care to patients within Forth Valley, working alongside Dentists and qualified Dental Nurses. Your duties will include surgical and administrative tasks typical of a qualified Dental Nurse. The service operates during weekends and public holidays at Falkirk Community Hospital.

Shift Details:

• Hours: 09:30 – 14:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Shifts are scheduled on an ad hoc basis based on availability.

Training:

A comprehensive induction and tailored training will be provided to support your role.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Registered Dental Nurse (e.g., NEBDN Certificate or SVQ level 3 in Oral Health Care)
• Experience working in a General Dental Practice
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
• Current BLS competence
• Team player
