Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
We are a fast-growing and highly successful organisation seeking an IT Project Coordinator.
Purpose of the Job
In this role, you will support the delivery of a significant programme of IT projects that will transform our service delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate change control processes and change approval meetings.
- Ensure projects follow approved frameworks and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor and manage project plans to meet deadlines.
- Identify and manage project changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project tasks, including research and documentation such as plans, tasks, and testing records.
- Assess and record project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
- Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on actions and decisions.
- Build strong relationships with IT colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Keep stakeholders updated on progress and provide necessary information and training for new systems.
- Coordinate technical and user testing, recording issues and arranging test sign-offs.
- Monitor project budgets, maintain records, and report variations to management.

Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience working as part of a team to implement new systems and ways of working.
- Experience in project management tasks such as planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience building productive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
- Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Knowledge of housing management processes and systems.
- Experience in change management processes.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical and project records.
- Current knowledge of IT trends and cybersecurity issues.

Excellent training and career development opportunities are available for the right candidate. The basic salary ranges from £32,000 to £35,000 plus excellent benefits. The role is based in Sevenoaks (Kent), with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.
