Chief Digital Officer - Ecommerce

We are seeking a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our client's digital transformation efforts and drive the strategic direction of our online presence. The CDO will be responsible for shaping digital strategy, enhancing e-commerce capabilities, and overseeing digital marketing to optimize customer engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify new growth opportunities through digital channels and technologies.
  2. E-Commerce Enhancement: Lead development and optimization of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences, easy navigation, and secure purchasing.
  3. Customer-Centric Initiatives: Leverage digital tools to improve customer journeys, including personalization, loyalty programs, and responsive support.
  4. Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
  5. Data and Market Insights: Use analytics and research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitors.
  6. Innovation: Explore opportunities to incorporate AI, AR, and VR to enhance customer experience.
  7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with IT, marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven success in digital transformation and e-commerce growth, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or related consumer goods industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content strategies, and data analytics.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
