Overview:

La Fosse has partnered with an international, market-leading media brand, broadcasting, and outdoor organization. They are seeking a Project Manager to manage and deliver their Capex Projects across aviation, road, and transport clients.

You will be responsible for managing all projects end-to-end, including commissioning, installation, health and safety, and successful delivery of outdoor portfolio projects. This role offers growth opportunities, with organizational support for your professional development towards more senior positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects successfully within budget, scope, and safety standards, complying with CDM regulations 2015.
• Operate within construction contract frameworks such as NEC, JCT, CCN, ensuring effective administration.
• Understand project objectives and take ownership of delivering critical success criteria.
• Implement project management controls aligned with project approach and transport partners.
• Engage with on-site contractors, working with HSEQ and audit teams.
• Ensure legislative and engineering compliance, obtaining necessary checks and approvals.
• Manage and report project risks and progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation as required.
• Handover assets into operation with full operational acceptance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Safety, Programme, and Partnership teams to meet business and technical standards.
• Coordinate with the Director of Programmes and PMO to adhere to programme methodology.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and escalation channels.
• Work with Senior Project Manager and Commercial Manager to ensure proper contracting and legal adherence.
• Seek client feedback proactively to address issues and foster continuous improvement.

Experience Needed:

• Extensive experience managing various project types, including civil, mechanical, or electrical projects.
• Experience delivering construction, installation, and commissioning projects in transport environments.
• Knowledge of BS standards in electrical and design deployment.
• Experience managing contractors and suppliers.
• Adherence to CDM regulations 2015, with a focus on safety-first site management and auditing.
• Experience managing large Capex projects and rollouts.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6 planning systems, and document management systems like ASite.
