Real Estate Finance Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Hampshire, £55,000-£75,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor supporting high-quality clients across a range of commercial property and real estate finance matters. JOB REF:9727.

THE ROLE:

1. Handle a diverse caseload of real estate finance matters including bridging loans, development finance, and refinancing work.
2. Advise on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing, and property aspects of business sales, purchases, and reorganisations.
3. Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service on cross-functional matters.
4. Play an active role in business development, including client networking and sector events.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Applications sought from solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Real Estate, with demonstrable experience in real estate finance and secured lending.
2. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a meticulous approach to due diligence.
3. A confident communicator who builds rapport easily with clients and colleagues.
4. Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is keen to grow professionally.
