The Role

Due to continued success, our Senior Associate is seeking a Real Estate / Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join our expanding practice.

This role is available at any UK office or on a fully remote basis with monthly attendance at our London office.

You will develop into a strong technical lawyer, working alongside a reputable Senior Associate, handling a varied workload, and enhancing your networking and professional skills.

The team specializes in secured lending and general real estate matters, supporting property finance lenders, developers, and investors throughout their project cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Real Estate and a desire to grow within Real Estate / Real Estate Finance.

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• Experience in residential and commercial real estate matters
• Auction sales and purchases experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and client interaction passion
• Interest in business development and relationship building
• Ability to handle demanding clients and tight deadlines
• Willingness to collaborate closely with team members
• Strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including property acquisition, disposal, investment, and development finance
• Proactively manage cases from start to finish
