About the Role

Lounges are special places, and their brilliance comes from the people who run them. As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager to maintain excellence across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You'll assist with the daily operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will match ours, but your approach will be uniquely yours. You'll do it your way. Brilliant!

What You Bring

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience in a bar environment with food and drink preparation
• A passion for hospitality and people management, with talent spotting skills
• Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges
• Strong literacy, attention to detail, and reporting skills on KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision under pressure
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, recruitment, and NPS best practices
