Role

We are seeking a Strategic E-Commerce Program Director to lead the execution of a high-impact digital commerce transformation. In this pivotal role, you will manage cross-functional teams, oversee large-scale program delivery, and enable scalable, customer-focused growth in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Skills

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital program management.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-channel e-commerce programs at scale.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, or Commerce Tools.
• In-depth knowledge of core e-commerce components such as CIAM, Payment, and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Strong command of analytics tools, CDPs, and CMS platforms.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Expertise in project governance, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in both B2B and B2C commerce environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies including SEO, SEM, CRM, and performance analytics.
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
