Job Description
THE ROLE

The Digital Content Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the digital content calendar for TK Maxx.com. In this role, you will contribute to delivering the digital trading and brand plans through the development, build, and execution of all content across our transactional European sites and apps. Working alongside the Content Officers and Content Manager, this role partners closely with Brand and Marketing and the Online Trading team to ensure all content aligns with omnichannel and brand priorities, and delivers to both sales and traffic plans.

What You'll Do
Digital content planning
  • Support the implementation of the digital content plan for TJX’s online transactional businesses across all countries, banners, and devices.
  • Support the implementation of the SEO content plan for TJX’s online transactional businesses across all countries, banners, and devices.
  • Assist in planning, briefing, and delivering all site and app content across key business functions.
  • Collaborate with Content Officers and Content Manager to improve content production processes and workflows to ensure high-quality content creation.
  • Develop and support the digital content calendar, ensuring a balanced focus on product and brand, in partnership with Digital Commerce teams and cross-functionally.

Partner with the Online Trading team to translate the trading calendar into weekly content plans for websites and apps. Collaborate with SEO teams to support SEO content calendar, building SEO content and setting standards for SEO best practices across European sites. Define and execute content plans for brand and static site elements, and ensure alignment with omnichannel marketing plans and traffic-driving initiatives. Use insights and analytics to monitor content performance, support A/B testing, and recommend improvements.

CMS management and roadmap
  • Support the build and management of all product, brand, and static content on transactional websites and apps, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
  • Brief website assets to the Digital Creative team and ensure timely and accurate content deployment.
  • Assist in developing, building, and executing site content personalization and A/B testing strategies.
  • Help define and maintain a CMS roadmap, prioritize content requirements, and collaborate with Digital Product Development.
  • Identify and escalate website defects, working with Digital IT Operations to ensure smooth content delivery.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to CMS users within the business.
Other Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners across Digital Commerce, Creative, Marketing, Customer Services, IT, and Insight teams.
  • Stay informed about competitor behavior and market trends.
  • Drive personal development and continuous improvement.
  • Promote off-price awareness and learning across teams.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience with CSS and content management systems (CMS) in a digital environment is advantageous.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML knowledge is beneficial.
  • Experience with Hybris Ecommerce platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and effective teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the work, relationships, and organization.
  • Ability to analyze website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve content.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • German language skills are advantageous.
