We're Hiring: Part-Time Payroll Clerk (3 Days per Week)

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right the first time? We're a busy, catering company looking for an experienced and dependable Payroll Clerk to support our accounts team on a part-time basis.

Your Role:

As our Payroll Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hardworking team is paid accurately and on time. You'll work closely with team leaders and operations to process payroll efficiently and keep our records accurate and up to date.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing weekly payroll for kitchen, event, and restaurant staff
• Managing employee records and timesheets
• Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
• Handling PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and holiday pay
• Responding to payroll queries from staff and external agencies
• Supporting with reporting and audits as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Sage payroll role, ideally within hospitality or catering
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good understanding of UK payroll legislation
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Friendly and supportive team environment
