Product Configuration - Specialist Data Loading - Central (18 Month FTC)

What you do

The Specialist Data Loading role is within the Business Partner and Product Configuration Team. This global, cross-LOB position requires technical expertise and involves loading beneficiary data into our portfolio management system to meet stakeholder requirements.

What you bring

  • Experience handling beneficiary data implementations on a global, cross-LOB level
  • Ability to identify relevant data touchpoints for onboarding Business Partners
  • Setup of SFTP connections, dataset alignment, and upload scheduling

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing, correcting, and uploading data/files received
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security
  • Logging and monitoring web activities for transparency
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborating with other teams and IT
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality

Process Optimization:

  • Designing and improving data loading processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Implementing improvements aligned with business needs
