Job Purpose

The Global Technical Sales Manager for Practice Management Software within the Enterprise Solutions Team is responsible for developing technical concepts related to cloud-based Practice Management Software and value-added software services for various customer segments. The role combines technical expertise and sales skills to communicate software value effectively to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop technical concepts and integration requirements for practice management and business intelligence software solutions, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  2. Support sales and requirement qualification processes, especially for large IT software projects involving multiple practices.
  3. Coordinate project partners during implementation to ensure technical requirements are met.
  4. Participate in global marketing and sales activities, including creating reference projects and customer visits.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in cloud-based software sales, security concepts, and IT integration in medical or dental industries.
  • Experience managing complex software implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards like IHE, DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and cloud/SaaS requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
