Join us as a Digital Experience Lead, Content
As a Digital Experience Lead, Content, you’ll be responsible for defining the experience strategy and vision for specific digital feature topics using OKRs to drive measurable impact. You’ll provide product and experience leadership, supporting delivery professionals and maintaining oversight across all initiatives in this space.
You’ll also be responsible for the everyday digital product management for the digital features in these topic areas, working collaboratively with the business and technology teams who use, support or benefit from them.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a track record in digital product, and experience strategy improvement and delivery. You’ll be a trusted digital experience advisor in the Wealth business, a great storyteller who champions Coutts clientele, brings relevant industry knowledge to conversations, uses data and insight effectively, and presents clear and compelling options with a recommendation.
