Job Description

  • Passionate about creating fantastic digital experiences and harnessing innovation to improve customer banking, this role could be ideal for you.
  • Working at Coutts, you'll have a platform to channel creativity and deliver market-leading digital experiences for our clientele.
  • You’ll work partly from home and spend twice a week in our London office.
  • This is a 12-month role.
What you'll do

As a Digital Experience Lead, Content, you'll define the experience strategy and vision for digital features using OKRs to drive impact. You'll provide product and experience leadership, supporting delivery teams and overseeing initiatives.

You’ll manage digital products collaboratively with business and tech teams, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Defining strategy and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Understanding your feature area deeply and maintaining documentation
  • Refining the digital product backlog and developing business cases
  • Building relationships across the business for collaboration
  • Working with risk teams to manage risks
  • Supporting UX/UI designers' management and leadership
Skills needed

You should have a proven track record in digital product management, strategy, and delivery. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a storyteller, and a data-driven decision-maker who champions Coutts clientele.

Additional requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills
  • Budget management and planning experience
  • Understanding of digital design and service design
  • Leadership and coaching experience
