You will play an active role in developing student behaviour and enhancing staff's behaviour management through planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions.
Your responsibilities include communicating behavioural information related to interventions for students with personal and psycho-social issues, which may involve highly emotional or antagonistic behaviours. The focus is on achieving the best outcomes for individuals using various approaches.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of behavioural interventions, procedures, and practices, including positive and negative reinforcement. Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures is essential. The candidate should maintain a calm, positive, and caring attitude towards pupils.
