Job Title: Anti-social Behaviour Resolution Team Specialist

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (35 Hours per week Mon-Fri)

Salary: £34,285 - £36,089 (dependent on experience)

Location: Staines / Hybrid Working

Driving License & Own Car: Essential

About The Role

As ASB Resolution Team Specialist, you will manage a caseload of complex ASB cases, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ASB cases across all tenures, interpreting tenancy agreements and leases.
• Draft & Serve NSPs.
• Prepare witness statements for court reliance.
• Represent A2Dominion in court, working with our legal team.
• Be a trained mediator, undertake relevant qualifications, and assist in mediations.
• Attend multi-agency ASB meetings related to case management and community safety.
• Build relationships with external borough teams.
• Support victims and alleged perpetrators, providing advice and making referrals.
• Advise the wider business on ASB issues.

About You

• Full clean UK driving license and own vehicle.
• Experience managing ASB or housing management.
• Experience drafting legal documents and court representation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current housing and ASB legislation.
• Ability to plan and monitor workload.
• Analytical skills.
• Willing to study for CIH membership or equivalent.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math & English (Grades A*- C).
