MTVH is seeking a Care & Support Worker in Nottingham to provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves managing support plans, encouraging community involvement, and ensuring a high-quality service. Ideal candidates will have experience in care, basic literacy, and IT skills, and a passion for helping others.
£12.21 Per Hour

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced care and support worker to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Previous experience as a support worker, along with basic literacy and IT skills, is essential. Our services operate 24 hours a day in supported housing environments.
To ensure safety and high-quality service, an enhanced DBS check, including the Adult Barred list, will be conducted upon offer of employment, with rechecks every three years.
Experience with medication management and safeguarding is preferred.
