Responsibilities:
  • Assist the development team and manage key projects across the Lexington estate.
  • Implement strategies aligned with the company's food vision.
  • Ensure high-quality food production and catering services.
  • Support business growth and client retention.
  • Maintain our recipe management system, Star Chef, with stakeholder support.
Operational Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a head chef managing staff and hospitality dining.
  • Strong technical knowledge, customer service skills, and result orientation.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Coaching and mentoring abilities; flexibility for evening and weekend work.
Additional Duties:
  • Develop and innovate menus for various catering services.
  • Incorporate wellness, CSR, and ESG principles into food offerings.
  • Manage costs, stock, and menu planning within budgets.
  • Recruit, train, and support kitchen staff.
  • Enhance team skills through training and development.
  • Collaborate with marketing on social media campaigns.
  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support site mobilization and engagement activities.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Effective communicator, team builder, persuasive, flexible.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and present ideas effectively.
