The successful candidate will be involved in all project aspects, both small and large scale, across sectors such as Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, and Commercial. Senior Landscape Architect Job Overview

• Participate in all project phases within the team
• Conduct Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
• Create detailed designs and layouts
• Produce hand-drawn and computer-generated sketches
• Manage clients professionally
• Support junior team members and lead projects
• Attend public, client, and team meetings

Job Requirements

• Degree in a relevant subject; minimum of 5+ years of industry experience
• CMLI qualification is highly advantageous but not essential
• Experience with LVIA
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is beneficial
• Experience leading projects and supporting junior staff preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Full clean driver's license and own transport are beneficial
