A leading authority in West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Regeneration team. This role involves managing significant projects that enhance community development and requires strong project management skills and experience in leading regeneration initiatives. With ambitious goals ahead, we need dedicated individuals who are ready to make a real impact as part of our expanding Housing team. As a Senior Project Manager within the wider Regeneration team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful projects that shape the future of our communities. With a clear focus on project management and programme delivery from a placemaking and regeneration perspective, this includes managing funding agreements and overseeing a diverse range of high-profile initiatives.
Based in West Yorkshire, you will be at the forefront of delivering housing and regeneration schemes, creating sustainable, thriving places for people to live and work. Previous experience in this area of project management is key, as you will be responsible for transformational growth through managing capital budgets relating to government funded schemes, initiatives, and regeneration-led activity. You will have previously worked in partnership with a variety of stakeholders, ideally but not essentially in a political context, developing funding agreements and contracts, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with organisational processes.
